Ramesh has been in the industry for over 15 years. Following his graduation from the University of Durham, he started at City Financial Partners Limited, who were tied to Lincoln. He then became independent, working with Directly Authorised Firms (The Finance Warehouse Limited) and National Networks (Wightman Fletcher McCabe Limited).
Over the years, Ramesh has helped personal and corporate clients from a variety of professional backgrounds, including Accountants, Solicitors, Investment Bankers, Pharmacists and Sole traders. During his time within industry, he has witnessed clients who have suffered from critical illnesses. Due to financial planning arranged by Ramesh, the clients in question were paid significant sums of money tax free. Other clients have benefited from designing property portfolios, some exceeding 25 properties.
Ramesh has continued to study and develop new skills so that his clients can benefit from his knowledge and experience. His professional qualifications also means that he can advise on specialist products such as Pension Transfer, Trust Planning and Long Term Care. As well as long term planning (including pensions and school fees), investment opportunities (such as Individual Savings Account, Venture Capital Trusts and Enterprise Investment Schemes) and provide one-off financial advice (for example, portfolio analysis and annuities).
Ramesh is also a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, the Personal Finance Society and the Society of Mortgage Professionals.
With the advent of RDR (Retail Distribution Review), Ramesh already exceeds the necessary qualifications to continue to trade after 2021. He currently holds the Chartered Financial Planner title. Below is a list of his current professional qualifications:

Ramesh was awarded the Chartered Financial Status in June 2013. Chartered Financial Planner Status is the profession's gold standard for financial planners. First, individual planners must have at least five years' relevant experience in the industry, as well as no less than three years CPD.
Then, they must complete the CII's Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning. This qualification, one of most demanding in the industry, aims to ensure that the IFAs knowledge; ability, ethics and conduct are all without question and meet the CII's extremely rigorous standards.
Last, Chartered Financial Planners must always hold valid membership of the Personal Finance Society, an achievement in its own right. Ramesh is one of the few advisers in London and East End to have achieved this award.
